By using Digital Marketing FU's services, you agree to these terms.

        ⚠️ Important: Our services involve implementing AI and automation systems for your business. Results vary based on your specific business, market, and level of participation.
    

1. Services Provided

Digital Marketing FU provides:

AI implementation and automation services
Marketing system setup and configuration
Lead generation and response automation
Training and support for implemented systems

2. Service Timeline

Initial implementation: 7 days from agreement
Full system deployment: 21 days
Ongoing optimization: Available monthly

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate business information
Grant necessary access to accounts and systems
Respond promptly to implementation requirements
Pay all fees as agreed
Use services in compliance with applicable laws

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required upon agreement unless otherwise specified
Monthly services are billed in advance
All fees are non-refundable for work completed
Late payments may result in service suspension

5. No Guarantee Disclaimer

While we implement proven AI and automation systems:

We cannot guarantee specific results or revenue
Success depends on multiple factors beyond our control
Past performance does not guarantee future results

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business data
We retain ownership of our systems and methodologies
You receive a license to use implemented systems

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during our engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 3 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Marketing FU from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate with 7 days written notice
Upon termination, implemented systems remain active
No refunds for completed work or unused service periods

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.

13. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Digital Marketing FU regarding the use of our services.
